此案的設計維持了原有的建築輪廓與配置，設計的核心理念是去除過於繁複的裝飾，恢復建築最純粹的簡約美感。整座白色混凝土建築主體透過深切的開口設計形成入口與窗戶，並運用細緻的黑色金屬框加強輪廓線條。座落於建築中心位置的梯廳讓空間展現了強烈的對稱性，僅透過 Nublado 大理石地坪與威尼斯泥灰牆面的紋理來點綴質感。
上層的起居室與臥室則選用米色壁紙與手工藝術泥灰，為家人營造溫暖且放鬆的居住氛圍。

In keeping the original building structure footprint and layout, the design approach is to remove the overly elaborate architectural ornaments and restore the residence to perform the architectural simplicity. The monolithic white concrete box has deep cut-outs for entrances and windows, which are refined and accentuated by thin black metal frames. A stairhall situated in the center of the building presents strong symmetry, only accessorized by the texture of Nublado marble floor and Venetian plaster walls.
Beige wallcovering and hand-crafted artisan plaster create a warm and relaxing ambiance for the family room and bedrooms on the upper level.
