這座宅邸以中央庭院為核心，配置了泳池與娛樂休憩亭，並由三棟別墅呈ㄇ字型環繞，分別供家族兩代人及賓客居住。所有別墅外牆均鋪設精緻的大理石板，強化了建築外觀的量體感。
從庭院看向別墅，我們利用層次遞進的手法，透過前後景的視覺關係建立出三棟建築的主從秩序。別墅面向庭院的大尺度開口不僅提供了寬闊視野，也極大化了建築群之間的動線連結。室內則選用一系列深色調材質—包括大理石、深色硬木牆板與黑色調玻璃，凸顯出空間內部的幾何輪廓。這些元素共同展現了一種克制但精準的設計手法，傳遞出低調奢華與宏偉的氣度。

A central courtyard, with a pool and entertainment pavilion, is flanked by three villas housing two generations plus guests. All villa exteriors are lined with fine marble panels, which emphasize the monolithic sensibility.
At the courtyard, the cascading design uses the foreground-background relationships to establish the hierarchy between the villas. Large openings to the courtyard create extensive vistas and maximize circulation throughout the complex. On the inside, an array of dark materials - marble, hardwood paneling, and blacken glass - give prominence to the volumetric interior elements. These elements, together, represent a moderate, precise method to convey luxury and grandeur.
