This townhouse was originally built as a single-family residence in 1902-03. Over time, it has been renovated and reapportioned significantly into a 9-units apartment building. In converting the building back to its original single family intent, a conversation between old and new arises where thoughtful contemporary interventions at the roof and rear of the building yield to the elegant original limestone façade.
