This project is the joint venture with Pritzker Prize-winning Portuguese architect, Álvaro Siza. Mr. Siza serves as the design architect, and Gebellini Sheppard serves as the space planner and interior designer. This slender white marble high-rise will consist of 80 luxurious condo units and approx. 10,000 SQF amenity space.
