這間餐廳僅供應三道料理，我們採用簡約的設計手法來呼應老闆純粹的經營理念。極簡的材料選用與不複雜的動線配置，展現出通透、明亮且開闊的空間感。淺色木質為環境注入溫暖與親切的氛圍。店面與特色牆面採用漸進排列的設計，營造出有韻律的視覺節奏，呈現整齊且細膩的空間質感。

A simple design approach matches this austere restaurant, which serves only three dishes. The minimal material palette and the uncomplicated layout reflect the clear, open, and bright spatial sensibility. Light wood material provides warmth and welcome. The incremental spacing at the storefront and the feature wall creates the repetitive rhythm and results in the orderly and well-crafted disposition.
