Three-House Villa Complex
Three-House Garden Villa
Centered around a central courtyard featuring a swimming pool and a leisure pavilion, the estate is surrounded by three villas arranged in an “M” shape, designed to accommodate two generations of the family and guests. The exterior walls of all villas are clad in exquisite marble slabs, enhancing the architectural massing of the complex.
Looking from the courtyard toward the villa, we employed a technique of progressive layering to establish a hierarchical order among the three buildings through the visual relationship between the foreground and background. The large openings facing the courtyard not only provide expansive views but also maximize the circulation connections between the buildings.Inside, a series of dark-toned materials—including marble, dark hardwood paneling, and black-tinted glass—were selected to accentuate the geometric contours of the interior spaces. Together, these elements demonstrate a restrained yet precise design approach, conveying understated luxury and a sense of grandeur.

A central courtyard, featuring a pool and an entertainment pavilion, is flanked by three villas designed to accommodate two generations of residents and guests. The exteriors of all villas are clad in fine marble panels, which emphasize the monolithic aesthetic.
In the courtyard, the cascading design employs foreground-background relationships to establish a hierarchy among the villas. Large openings onto the courtyard create expansive views and maximize circulation throughout the complex. Inside, an array of dark materials—marble, hardwood paneling, and blackened glass—highlight the voluminous interior elements. Together, these elements represent a restrained, precise approach to conveying luxury and grandeur.
